  • “Personal Information” – Certain personally identifiable information, such as your name, employer’s name, address, phone number, or email address, that you may provide to SecureIQlab in connection with your access or use of the Website.
  • “Usage Information” – Information related to a User’s use of the Website that may be collected during the course of such use by SecureIQlab using common information gathering tools, such as cookies and web beacons. Collection Methods. SecureIQlab uses common information-gathering tools, such as cookies and web beacons, to collect various information as Users navigate the Website. Below is a list describing methods by which SecureIQlab may collect and use User Information.

  • Web Beacons and Cookies. SecureIQlab uses web beacons, alone or in conjunction with cookies, to collect Usage Information regarding Users’ interaction with emails they receive from SecureIQlab and to provide basic website functionality and usage information. A web beacon is an electronic object embedded in a web page or email that can recognize certain types of information on a User’s computer, such as the time and date of a page viewed, and a description of where the web beacon is placed. For example, web beacons that SecureIQlab places in outbound marketing emails will notify SecureIQlab when the recipients open an email or navigate to the Website by clicking a link located within in the email. SecureIQlab typically uses web beacons to assist operation of the Website and improve SecureIQlab’s email communications. Users may be able to disable web beacons in email messages by not downloading external objects contained in the message they receive (this feature varies depending on the email software used on the User’s personal computer). However, doing this may not always disable a web beacon or other automatic data collection tools in the email message due to specific email software capabilities. A web cookie is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored on the User’s system by their web browser so that the website can maintain the context of User interactions. Users may disable or delete cookies by settings within their browser (refer to “cookie” in your browser Help). For more information about this, please refer to the information provided by your email or browser software or service provider.
  • IP Addresses. SecureIQlab collects User IP addresses to track and aggregate User Information. For example, SecureIQlab uses IP addresses to identify the geographic regions from which Users access and use the Website. SecureIQlab uses IP addresses in part to assist with ensuring compliance with security and legal requirements, and to identify Website access or use that may otherwise violate the Website’s terms of use.

User Management. Users have options for controlling how SecureIQlab is allowed to use certain information. Users may manage their receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of SecureIQlab emails. Additionally, a User may email communication preferences to info@secureiqlab.com. Registered Users cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to their active Website accounts.

Data Subject Rights. Users have rights to access, correct, erase or otherwise control the collection and processing of their User information. If at any time a User wishes to revise any information SecureIQlab maintains about the User, or otherwise change or discontinue the use to which such information can be put, the User should contact SecureIQlab at: info@secureiqlab.com

The Website supports Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology using both server authentication and data encryption. The Website also employs an advanced security method based on dynamic data and encoded session identifications, and is hosted in a secure server environment that uses firewalls and other security technologies.

Changes to this Privacy Statement. SecureIQlab reserves the right to revise this Privacy Statement or any part of it from time to time and as privacy regulations and their application evolve. Please review this Privacy Statement periodically as posted on the Website for any changes.
